Welder qualification, training of fitters, riggers and team leaders. The skills acquired remain in the country after the project ends.

Sorting and removal of construction waste, hydrocarbon containment, effluent management and limitation of nuisances on sensitive mining sites.

Code of conduct, anti-corruption policy and third-party screening, aligned with the compliance requirements of our international clients.
05Living and working conditions
Camps equipped with accommodation, catering and sanitary facilities, modular offices and a site clinic, including on the most remote sites.

Selection and periodic assessment of subcontractors and suppliers against safety, quality, social compliance and performance criteria.
