SMPP erection: an integrated scope.
Structural steel, mechanical equipment, platework and piping: our teams handle preassembly, lifting, erection, welding, alignment and inspection. Crushers, mills, screens, pumps, agitators, hoppers, chutes and process networks are integrated through testing and commissioning support.
Multi-thousand-tonne assemblies erected on live sites, aligned to the micron and commissioned under load, for FLSmidth, TAKRAF, Bedeschi and Koch Solutions.
Bucket wheel reclaimers & scrapers
Bucket wheel reclaimers, stackers and stockpiling.
Stackers, bucket wheel reclaimers, stacker-reclaimers
Full rail-mounted erection: bogies, slewing structure, boom, counterweight, on-board conveyor. Track tolerance setting, no-load then load commissioning.
Shiploaders
Erection on operating quays: portal, boom, loading chute, link conveyors. Delivered for fertilizers, sulphur and phosphate at Jorf Lasfar and Casablanca.
Shipunloaders
Screw-type, grab-type and continuous unloaders, hoppers and take-away conveyors. Four units erected at Jorf Lasfar, two of them for sulphur.

Several tens of kilometres of belt conveyors installed, including 4.5 km on a single project.
On-site machining
Circular milling up to Ø 6,000 mm, line boring Ø 95–700 mm and bore weld repair, carried out in place. The equipment is neither dismantled nor returned to a workshop.
We don't design the plant. We design its erection.
Our methods office does not carry out process design: it produces what makes erection safe, sequenced and verifiable.
01Lifting plans
Rigging calculations, crane selection, load charts, outrigger plans and exclusion zones, approved before every critical operation.
02Welding, qualification and traceability
Welding coordination by an IWT, approved WPS and WPQR, qualified welders, NDT inspection plan and full traceability of welds and heat numbers through dedicated welding software.
03Sequencing and methods
Erection drawings, phasing, hour-by-hour schedule within constrained windows, site layout plan and handover dossier.
04Alignment and metrology
Total stations, levels and E920 high-precision laser tool (±1 µm) for alignment of rails, slew rings and shaft lines.
Three offerings, one trade.
The foundation is the same: erection of heavy industrial installations, with certified site welding. What changes is the object erected and the intervention context.
Mining and port machines
Mechanical erection of bucket wheel reclaimers, stackers, shiploaders and unloaders and continuous handling equipment. Machine welding classes, millimetre alignment tolerances, laser geometric control.
On these machines, mechanical and electrical erection are separate packages. Our scope is the mechanical package.
SMPP packages for processing and handling plants
Erection of heavy steel structures, heavy plate work — hoppers, chutes, launders, tanks —, conveyors, mechanical equipment and piping.
Structures and equipment are either free-issued by the client or procured and subcontracted under our quality control.
Heavy interventions, repair and revamping
Heavy modifications, structural repairs, refurbishment and revamping of operating facilities and machines: rework and replacement of structural sections, reinforcements, mechanical equipment replacement, capacity extension.
These are the most demanding interventions in the trade: existing structures without up-to-date drawings, constrained intervention windows, coactivity with operations, repair welding on in-service material, geometric recovery of a deformed structure. This is where certified site welding and laser dimensional control find their clearest use.
Self-perform structural and mechanical erection. Electrical, instrumentation and civil delivered through managed subcontracting, under a single contract and single point of responsibility.
